One continuous thread: structured intake, human-reviewed proposal, estimate with payment schedule, contract, then delivery scheduling. Everything lives in your client workspace so status is not buried in inboxes.
- Project intake: Guided conversation to capture scope, integrations, constraints, and success criteria. Start intake
- Proposal: We review intake output and return a written proposal. You track it under My projects once you have an account.
- Estimate & payment schedule: If the proposal fits, request a formal estimate: hours, phases, and payment alignment.
- Contract: Approve the estimate, then sign the contract in the same workspace.
- Delivery schedule: After signature, milestones and dates are published alongside your project record.
